Venturer Swim 2012

Venturers will be going for a swim this week at the Commonwealth Recreation Centre Pool (11000 Stadium Road, attached to the Commonwealth Stadium, home of the Edmonton Eskimos!!!!) starting at 6:30 PM. Please dress warm and bring change for the locker rental.

Tobogganing 2012

The Venturers will be going tobogganing this November 28th at the Mill Woods Park (66 Street & 23rd Avenue).  This is the time the Venturers get to show the other Scout Sections who rules the hill.  Please dress for the weather and bring a helmet.

Investiture 2012

Venturers will be meeting at the Parkallen School this week.  We will be investing all new Venturers into the Venturer Crew.

Remembrance Day Prep & Investiture 2012

The Venturers will be investing all our new members into the Company this week as we prepare for our annual march in the Remembrance Day Parade at the University of Alberta on November 11th.  Please come in full dress uniform.

2012 Halloween Party

Venturers will be having their annual Halloween Party this week.  Please come in full costume for spooky fun and games.

2012 Fall Camp Preparations

Our Venturers are preparing this week to by planning the activities for the upcoming Fall Camp.  This will be a time earn badges, explore the river valley and practice outdoor survival skills.

Of course there will be games and tons of fun as they compete against the other sections in Food Fear Factor and our night game of Mission Impossible.
